All items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by a proof of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at a designated carrier location, or bring the item directly to our physical museum storefront.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
